BCTV started as an all-volunteer Town committee in 1976 with the goal of putting the Brattleboro Selectboard meetings on cable. Almost 50 years later, it’s a fully staffed facility serving all of southern Windham County, winning national awards, and considered one of the flagship community media stations in Vermont. Credit for this transformation goes to the incredible dedication of the board, staff, and volunteers, and the ongoing support of area residents, municipalities, and organizations.
