The BCTV Board of Directors meets regulary on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM via Zoom. Meetings are open to the public, and public comments are welcome. Please call the office to confirm time and location at 802-257-0888, or email to receive the Zoom coordinates.
The board is comprised of six at-large seats, elected by BCTV members at the Annual Members Meeting. In addition, up to three appointed members may be elected by the board.
The board is governed by the BCTV Bylaws and guided by the Vermont Open Meeting Law (see Transparency Policy below). Approved minutes are posted here (see box to right/desktop or below/mobile).
